Accessibility

WIP e based entirely on open source technologies. This means that there are no license fees or need to purchase expensive software or mobile operating systems or devices. WIP architecture allows full integration with all business accounting systems for process management (ERP), various WEB systems, BI systems or other management systems already working in the enterprise.

Intuitive and easy to work the system allows seamless continuity by all departments or individual users who use it.

WORK IN PROGRESS TRACKING SYSTEM (WIP) - This is hybrid Web system that connects the system for management of the business processes and measurement of the direct labor on the production line. WIP is divided into four parts:

• WEB part, which includes:
  - Planning;
  - Management of employees;
  - Management of shifts and breaks;
  - and many others.
• Mobile part, which includes:
  - Management of lines;
  - Management of operators;
  - Management of operations;
  - Management of quality and fixes;
  - and many others.
• Reports in real time (monitoring), which include:
  - Monitoring of production lines;
  - Monitoring of foremen;
  - Effectiveness of operators;
  - Effectiveness of machines;
  - and many others.
• Analysis based on historical data, which includes:
  - Full analysis of the production on the basis of individual KPI;
  - Analysis of groups or individual customers;
  - Analysis of the efficiency of the machines;
